About the Recipe

One of our favourites: salt & pepper squid. We borrowed this dish from Cantonese cuisine and gave it a Thai twist. Tender squid in a crispy golden coating, fragrant herbs and aromatic garlic flakes, deliciously salty and peppery as its name suggests, with an extra kick of chilli.
